What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus Revolut Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your card details. We don't currently accept PayPal.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Orders' section.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Every slime is made fresh to order and dispatched within 5 working days, so there's usually a short window to make changes. Email us at ambersslimestudio@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to update or cancel your order before it's dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it can't be changed, but our returns policy still applies.

Are your slimes safe for children?

Yes! All our slimes are made with non-toxic, child-safe ingredients. However, we recommend adult supervision for children under 8, and slimes should never be eaten.

How long do slimes last?

With proper care and storage, our slimes typically last 2-4 weeks. Store in airtight containers at room temperature and away from direct sunlight for best results.

My slime is sticky - what should I do?

Accepted Answer

This usually means your slime needs more activator or has absorbed moisture. Let it rest for a few hours in its container, or add a tiny bit of contact lens solution and knead gently.

Can I mix different slimes together?

Absolutely! Mixing our slimes is totally safe and can create amazing new colours and textures. Just make sure both slimes are clean and from our studio.

Can I schedule my order for future delivery?

Yes! We offer scheduled delivery perfect for gifts and special occasions. Simply select 'Schedule delivery for a future date' during checkout and choose your preferred date (minimum 7 days in advance, maximum 6 months). We'll prepare your order closer to the delivery date to ensure maximum freshness.

Can I change my scheduled delivery date?

We typically start preparing scheduled orders 5 days before the delivery date to ensure your slimes are as fresh as possible when they arrive.

How much is shipping?

Standard UK shipping is £4.99 (Royal Mail, 2-3 days after dispatch), or FREE on orders of 5 or more slimes. Express delivery (1-2 days after dispatch) is £7.99. Every slime is made fresh to order and dispatched within 5 working days.

What's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days to return unopened items in original condition. Returns must be authorised before sending — email ambersslimestudio@gmail.com with your order number to arrange a return. Customer pays return postage unless item is faulty. Refunds issued within 14 days of receiving return, subject to inspection.

My slime arrived damaged - what now?

Contact us within 30 days with photos showing the damage, your order number, and description of the issue. We will assess your claim and may offer a refund or replacement if the item is proven to be faulty upon receipt.

Our slimes are made with PVA glue, water, activator (borax solution), and various safe additives for colour, scent, and texture. All ingredients are non-toxic and skin-safe.
