Ordering & Payment3 questions
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus Revolut Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your card details. We don't currently accept PayPal.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Orders' section.
Every slime is made fresh to order and usually dispatched within 1–2 working days (up to 5 at busy times), so the window to make changes is short. Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to update or cancel your order before it's dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it can't be changed, but our returns policy still applies.
Slime Care & Safety4 questions
Amber's slimes are handmade to order in small batches. They are for ages 3+, with adult supervision for children under 8. Slime is not food: keep it away from mouths and eyes, and wash hands after play. Keep it off fabric, carpets and hair, and store it in its airtight pot. If skin feels irritated, stop playing and wash your hands.
With proper care and storage, our slimes typically last 2-4 weeks. Store in airtight containers at room temperature and away from direct sunlight for best results.
This usually means it has picked up moisture or warmth from your hands. Every slime comes with a sticky fix pen: dab a small amount on the sticky area, knead for about a minute, and repeat only if it's still sticky. Adults should help children under 8, and wash your hands afterwards. If that doesn't sort it, email us and we'll help.
Yes, you can! Mixing slimes can create fun new colours and textures. Just remember it can't be undone, and mixing two different textures (like butter and cloud) changes how both of them feel.
Shipping & Returns7 questions
Yes! We offer scheduled delivery perfect for gifts and special occasions. Simply select 'Schedule delivery for a future date' during checkout and choose your preferred date (minimum 14 days in advance, maximum 6 months). We'll prepare your order closer to the delivery date to ensure maximum freshness. Scheduled orders are sent with standard delivery, and we aim to deliver on or just before your chosen date (dates are targets, not guarantees — see our Terms).
Yes — email us at [email protected] with your order number and preferred new date. We'll accommodate changes as long as we haven't started preparing your order yet (we usually begin about a week before the delivery date).
We typically start preparing scheduled orders about a week before the delivery date to ensure your slimes are as fresh as possible when they arrive.
Standard UK shipping is £4.99 (Royal Mail, 2-3 days after dispatch), or FREE on orders of 5 or more slimes. Express delivery (1-2 days after dispatch) is £7.99. Every slime is made fresh to order and usually dispatched within 1–2 working days (up to 5 working days at busy times). Orders placed Monday to Wednesday aim to ship the same week.
Currently we only ship within the UK. We're working on international shipping options and will announce when this becomes available!
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days to return unopened items in original condition. Returns must be authorised before sending — email [email protected] with your order number to arrange a return. Customer pays return postage unless item is faulty. Refunds issued within 14 days of receiving return, subject to inspection.
Contact us within 30 days with photos showing the damage, your order number, and description of the issue. We will assess your claim and may offer a refund or replacement if the item is proven to be faulty upon receipt.

Our slimes are made from a PVA glue base and a slime activator, with colour, scent and texture add-ins such as clay or snow powder, plus charms. Each product page lists its main ingredients. We don't share our exact recipes, but if you have an allergy or sensitive skin, email us before you order and we'll answer your questions.
Yes! We love creating custom slimes for special occasions. Contact us with your ideas and we'll work with you to create something unique. Custom orders require 7-14 days lead time.
Our scented slimes use fragrance oils, which can contain allergens. Each product page lists its main ingredients. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, please read the ingredients carefully and email us before you order.
Butter slime is our most popular texture - super soft, spreadable, and holdable. Made by adding clay to regular slime, it creates a smooth, butter-like consistency that's perfect for stress relief.
Butter slime is a popular pick for stress relief. Its smooth, soft texture is satisfying to squish, spread and fold. Try our Cotton Candy Swirl or K-Pop O'Clock butter slimes.
Thick and glossy slime gives the loudest pokes and clicks, and our thick & glossy texture is launching soon. Until then, our butter slimes, such as Sports Launch, make soft bubble pops as you fold them, and Emoji Madness, our cloud slime, makes quiet, drizzly sounds.
Yes. Slime is calming sensory play: something satisfying to squish, stretch and fidget with, for children and adults alike. It's a toy made for fun, and we don't make any health claims about it.
Yes. Emoji Madness is our first cloud slime — a light, drizzly snow-powder texture that breaks into soft ribbons — alongside our butter slimes. Icee and thick & glossy textures are coming soon. Every texture is hand-mixed to order in Hertfordshire.
Butter slime uses clay for a smooth, spreadable, dense texture — like butter. Cloud slime uses instant snow for a light, fluffy, drizzly texture — like clouds. Butter is best for stress relief; cloud is best for beginners and sensory play.
All our slimes are for ages 3+, with adult supervision for children under 8. For younger children (3-6), butter slimes like Cotton Candy Swirl are easiest to handle — soft, holdable, and they won't drip.
In Hertfordshire. Amber mixes every slime by hand in her UK studio in small batches, then packs and posts it from there — so you're buying direct from the maker rather than a reseller or an overseas warehouse.
Every order arrives as a 250ml pot of handmade slime in an airtight container, with its charms, a sticky fix pen and a care card explaining how to keep the texture right. Slimes are mixed fresh to order and usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Because it isn't made in advance. Every pot is hand-mixed in a small batch after you order it, then scented, charmed, hand-checked and packed individually in Hertfordshire. You're paying for a fresh texture and a maker who checks every batch by hand, rather than stock that's been sitting in a warehouse. Our slimes start from £8.99 a pot.
Our handmade slimes start from £8.99 per pot, which is competitive for premium handmade slime in the UK. Standard UK delivery is free on orders of 5 or more slimes.
